I visited Lookers Volkswagen - Walton on Thames on 21 May for an appointment with Jason Webb. Initially, I/we were looking for a new Passat having driven one for 20-years, but one a new one was unavailable. Jason was very knowledgeable and very helpful showing me the new Taigo and Golf comparing the pros and cons of both. At the time I focused on the Golf. He then searched your database to see if there was available meeting my/our requirements - at the time. The requirements are that the exterior of the car is reflex(?) silver and the interior have cloth seats. Our first choice would is still be a Passat, or second choice a Golf. I would be happy to visit Jason Webb again.

I explained two days later that the cigar lighter appeared to be missing.the gentleman said portable vacuum cleaners are used so it wasn't a case of it being used for the valet. I explained that I had double checked it was there when I emptied the car on Monday evening. He said he would check with Rachael but unfortunately no one has come back to me until I received this survey request.

I had to change the arrangement to drop off the car to collection due to ill-health, and the staff at Walton (Dean) could not have been more helpful. Steve kept me informed about what was needed and again was really helpful and kind. I do not have a smartphone so may not have been able to see a video.

Car was not cleaned afterwards, we have another car serviced with a different dealer 2 weeks prior which was returned cleaned inside and out as part of the customer experience
