I was a bit surprised about the amount of time it took for the car to be ready. The pick up time was left a bit vague as ‘late morning’ and I had to call to check it was actually ready at 11.30. Everyone was very kind and helpful and my enquiries were dealt with straight away when I was in the dealership. It was a really nice touch that the car was washed. Thanks, a really good service.
