As this was a warranty item on a new car it would have been good if a taxi (or reasonable contribution to a taxi) was arranged for dropping / collecting the car.

I know you were more than likely only sticking to the rules but to fail the MOT because of the windscreen wipers and having to do a retest (or at least provide a new certificate) seems petty.

I was booked in for a new Cam belt, which had actually been done not long before hand by Lookers. I mentioned at the time I was sure this was already done, but was told there was no record of it and it was long overdue.Luckily, the mechanic noticed this had already been done when he started the job and called me to put a stop to the unneeded repeat work.So props for catching it; but in future better records need to be kept or I may begin to feel like im being scammed.

I thought the check in process on the website was excellent. Also was impressed with how thorough the video of the car was on the day. My only ask would be to call when the car is ready as I ended up calling them to check. Great experience though, very smooth
