Was very happy with the full service you provided from booking, communication throughout the time you held the vehicle, inspection video and updated messages providing the progress report. However, the free clean/ valet of the vehicle once the service works were complete I would have to rate poor, carpets hoovered and cleaned to a satisfactory standard, but spoilt by damp stained seats and spray residue left on dash, doors, centre console and steering wheel. Clearly had been sprayed but not rubbed down. Had to spend time at home cleaning these areas to the standard they were at before the service. Other than that a satisfied customer. Thank you

I did report a fault with the radio inasmuch as only the station chosen showed and not information on what was being played. This suddenly stopped a while ago. It’s quite frustrating considering it had previously worked.

The sat-nav is far from being cutting edge. 9 out of 10 results from doing a place search, result in German place names.
