Jonathan Dodson demonstrated the VW Passat Estate and did an excellent job. He explained everything clearly and answered all questions to my satisfaction. In the end, I stayed with BMW over VW because I preferred the car - but the Lookers service was still excellent.

I initially had the car in for general service and a change of brake pads at the end of August. Then, just before I was going away for the weekend in July, the brakes failed. Although Lookers was quite full, Jake found a way to squeeze me in before my trip. I really appreciate him going out of his way to try to help.

I am a Mobility customer and would like to thank those who dealt with the repair to my car for the excellent service they gave me . I have leased my last two cars from Lookers and will shortly be looking for my third which will be from Lookers because the service they give is first class .
