Good service as usual although you did forget to do the additional works as requested. Your prices for tyres / batteries are not competitive so will be doing that work elsewhere.

The service was great, only downside was that I received a call at 16.20 telling me that my vehicle was ready, and that I had to arrive by 17.15 giving me under an hour to get to the garage. It would have been better if I’d been contacted at least 30 mins prior so that I had ample time to get to the garage instead of having an agonising journey to collect my vehicle, hoping that I’d arrive in time… luckily I did!
