This visit required investigation of 2 issues. I was kept fully informed of progress and the issues found. The oil leak was because of a faulty part and fixed under warranty. The water leak into the boot was difficult to investigate, however it was fixed and the car returned by the estimated completion date.

Not very happy that the warranty issue was not resolved on the day. I have to wait for the part and then be without my car again for a day, without a courtesy car

Kerry was absolutely fantastic and I had the most amazing customer service. I ordered and collected my ID4 from Marshalls in Coulsdon in March. It was working perfectly until we couldn't open the passenger door form the outside. I took it bask to Marshalls and it was fixed but when it was returned it no longer charged at home. I returned it again to Marshalls and I collected it after 4 days as they hadn't fixed it and I was getting frustrated with the lack of communication. At this point I booked it in to Lookers Wimbledon and the service couldn't have been further from the service I had experienced previously. Not only did Kerry seek to understand the issue fully when I dropped the car off but within 2 hours Lookers had found the issue (a faulty charging cable) but when I collected the car later on that afternoon, it was fully charged and cleaned inside and out. Kerry was apologetic about our previous experience (even though it has nothing to do with Lookers) and even sent us a hamper a few days later. I am beyond happy with the service and will never take my ID4 anywhere else. I already have a service package for my ID4 but will be sure to return to Lookers each and every time. Thank you!
