I booked a collect and drop fir my car on line. When the representative phoned the day before service due there was no record of this on the system. I had to take it in and return later to collect it. Why offer the service if it isn’t available?I would have been waiting for the collection if I hadn’t queried it when he phoned and missed the time slot.
