The booking form wasn't great. The form said that I would be getting a call shortly after making the booking to confirm everything. Call never materialised and I had to call VW after a few weeks to confirm the booking has been made. Additionally, the booking form asked if I wanted a lift home or to the station after dropping the car off which I said yes to; this isn't offered at VW Wimbledon.All my previous VW cars have been cleaned after a service, why is this no longer offered?

I would like to suggest that attempt should be made to shorten the length of time vehicle is with your firm while ordering parts. My vehicle was a whole week in your company. To me, it is a lot.

The required work should have been done properly when you last had the vehicles The necessary work was done this time r no charge
