The fixed price quoted online for a diagnostic check does not match the price at the dealership. This is very misleading to customers.I think the overall experience was great and the team managed to diagnose and resolve my issue quickly within a few days as the car required a new air bag control module. The only reason I put four stars is that if you book the appointment online for a diagnostic check it quotes a fixed price of £60 whereas the dealership charges £130. This is misleading and confusing for customers and needs to be raised with VW to get this sorted. Thanks

It could have been more user friendly! Better explanations of service options. Prices more detailed and clear too, a breakdown of what is what.Great customerService from all, was as expected and Kerry plus colleagues were willing to answer my qs with patience. Thank you
