Your online booking and check-in service were well structured and very easy to use (even someone like myself who is 69 years old did not see any problem going through the process). The whole process was very smooth and efficient. Additionally, I was well informed wile my car was at the garage.

Although I used the online booking and check in service, I was not able to book the safety inspection I needed. This was quickly resolved by the service staff when I telephoned to confirm what type of safety inspection I needed. The booked appointment was scheduled as expected, on time and without delay. Just what I needed for this safety check on my vehicle.

When booking a car to be collected fo service, the process is confusing. Whether you check-in online or go through the process with a driver, services 'appear' on the job sheet that you haven't requested or have not been explained beforehand. It makes me apprehensive to sign anything in the event that signature is taken as an approval to complete a job I don't necessarily want done. So, what this means, is that another layer of phone calls or emails have to be made by customers to clarify the case. Should be much more seamless.

The system was really easy to use and I was kept informed throughout the whole process. The staff are really friendly and Kerry, the Service Advisor, is an absolute delight and a credit to Lookers. All of the staff were fantastic, I'm really happy with the whole experience
