Your online booking and check-in service were well structured and very easy to use (even someone like myself who is 69 years old did not see any problem going through the process).The whole process was very smooth and efficient. Additionally, I was well informed wile my car was at the garage.

Although I used the online booking and check in service, I was not able to book the safety inspection I needed. This was quickly resolved by the service staff when I telephoned to confirm what type of safety inspection I needed.The booked appointment was scheduled as expected, on time and without delay. Just what I needed for this safety check on my vehicle.
