Fast service and very friendly

Following the total failure of the automatic transmission, Lookers Volkswagen Wimbledon immediately took in our Golf for repair, unlike others within the VW network who were quoting a six-week wait. The whole service team at Lookers Wimbledon were brilliant throughout, including helping me secure a goodwill contribution towards the repair from VW UK. In particular, Kerry deserves a name-check: polite, personable and professional. This outstanding customer service merits a full-fat 5 Star review, and I never leave feedback anywhere! It worked simply! Everything was done on time, with minimum effort and, to top it off, my car was valeted!
