Navigation was easy and also I received a call confirming arrangements (particularly as the car was being picked up and delivered back to my house). The car was collected from my house on time and I was kept informed of the progress of the service and MOT.

Good service as usual although you did forget to do the additional works as requested. Your prices for tyres / batteries are not competitive so will be doing that work elsewhere.
