The service was yet again incredibly friendly, helpful and relaxed. I believe Kerry Dewar was assisting me and she has helped me on multiple occasions over the last three years. Her level of customer service is brilliant, I have previously been delayed by work and later a broken leg. On each occasion this has caused no issues and the team have been immensely supportive. Thank you!

I was surprised that you did not accept Amex for payment. This required me to return home and come back with another credit card. This was irritating, although to be fair I was offered a lift back by Lookers
