Don't understand the online checking in . You still have to go to reception hand over your keys and sign for the work to be done which has always been the same so to me it's a waste of time Good service and Rachel was very good

Went to view a used car. The reception was friendly and efficient. The process of taking the car out for a test drive was simple, and the suggestions for a route met my specific needs. I didn't buy the car so the interactions were limited, but everything from booking in to handing back went very smoothly.
