James was excellent, very knowledgable about all aspects of the car and was able to answer all my questions and I left confident that I knew the car's key features. Only slight flaw was the car not being fully charged on pick-up as it was having a software update.

Because we would not have purchased this car online we would have walked away without the help of the salesman Mr Andy Forsdick. we do think volvo must lose a lot of revenue by doing it online. This is where you need salesmen face to face. The salesman went way and beyond all our expectations he was polite and friendly and explained everything we needed to know.
