The appointment etc was easy and helpful and the car was returned beautifully clean. I have not been able to see the report video of the survey underneath nor an exhaust analysis, which would have been helpful to a chartered engineer like me. I should also like to see the video showing the engine oil being drained. Why not? But I knew that you have moved to a new location in Colchester, but I was not certain where this is. A check on the website revealed that the address had not changed! I reported this to the staff, who were shocked an promised to see that this error was corrected

the call centre is hundreds of miles from Essex and I have to explain why I want my car collected as not around the corner and I am a disabled driver Even though Lookers requested a day's postponement when it went ahead everything done smoothly and a clean car was returned to me

See original, comments - booking tool points you to the old premises The actual service was good - the booking process not so good. First, the online tyre booking tool told me to go to Cowdray Avenue - luckily I was there the day before and had seen that you have moved! Secondly, the tool made no reference to the fact that the tyres might not be in stock. It was only when I called to double check the address that I was told Tyres were not in stock!
