Lookers were helpful but Volvo didn't have a UK based store for parts and have to wait 10 weeks to be delivered locally, even though Volvo market is expanding rapidly in the UK

It is easy to use and reassuring as I received a confirmation response for the appointment. Very good courteous service by all the staff in the reception, sales and the garage workshop as they were friendly and happy. I was very impressed with the modern building
