Excellent We were given a time to arrive, James was ready to greet us and he had moved the car into a side room so we could take our time to check it over. He made us tea and gave us a full run down of the cars features. James was knowledgeable and courteous

The receptionists were efficient and very welcoming and helpful. The work took no longer than I was prepared for. The car looked like new, the cleaner did an excellent job and before I'd done a few miles, I really could feel that it was in fine shape.

If ever there was a perfect car dealer, Lookers Volvo Colchester would fit that suit. Kelly Clancy looked after everything I ask of her. Rob, the general manager was on top of his game and supported the whole experience with total professionalism. 5 Star plus👍
