On a previous visit, booked online, the staff were not expecting me citing that the online system did not download the information. Friendly, polite staff in a pleasant new showroom. Work was carried out on time.

Don't really understand the online check in cause you still have to go in hand your keys over and sign the worksheet which was something that you always do so online check in seems a waste of time Work done well and car ready and cleaned on time

Simple process Overall, very good. Being a bit picky, it would have been good to have had a narrower pick up time window for the car and the car vacuumed more thoroughly, but I realised I'm being over critical and I'm actually very happy with the service. Thanks.

It's helpful for the customer to book in early and it also helps the staff know that I WILL be turning up in order to prepare any paperwork etc. Very pleasant/ helpful ladies (booking-in) Rachel and Kirsten. Also very helpful and friendly mechanic.
