The sales rep, Mike, could not have been more helpful and patient. We liked the Volvo but did not complete the sale because the timing was not right for us. We tow a caravan a couple of times a year. The Volvo is a capable tow car but as we intend giving up caravanning at the end of this year it seemed better to wait and buy an electric Volvo in a years time.

Its a pleasure to come to Lookers Colchester-everyone is always helpful and happy- i even had a small issue after collecting the vehicle and returned with the car. The whole team (including the service manager) took the time out to look at the problems and resolve. We have purchased four Volvo's from this dealership and other makes via the lookers group via my company. Definitely back for a new one again soon.

3 of your questions do not allow for a “not applicable” response even though it is necessary: a badly written durvey. Apart from the collection being late, given first as 8 to 10am and then 8 to noon, but actually I had to phone when collection had not been made by noon, and the garage did not know when collection would be made, everything else was fine.
