It was self explanatory and easy to use. Excellent service all round, would definitely recommend.

This refers to our Volvo XC60 which had quite serious problems twice within our first few weeks of taking delivery which resulted in it spending two periods at Lookers Volvo Colchester (3days and 12 days) which entailed a complete software update. This made us question the reliability and confidence we had in the vehicle, particularly as we spend two six week periods abroad during the winter months and leave our car at the airport for those periods. Gavin Sturley - Service Manager agreed that a driver would drive us to the airport and keep our Volvo at Lookers Colchester for the six weeks we were away and not attempt to start it during this time to see how it performed and then return our car to our home. This was a very kind gesture….going the extra mile as it were and he advised me that the car started without trouble after the six weeks. This fact has made us feel quite confident that it can be left at the airport when we take our next six week trip and will not let us down by failing to start upon our return…so we are going to give it a try and fingers crossed!
