Your staff were lovely and really helpful. Unfortunately my Volvo needed new tyres and therefore could not be put through it's MOT which I also booked as you didn't have the tyres in stock to replace them. I felt this was particularly poor, given that you are a Volvo dealership and my tyres are a Volvo specification tyre. I needed to get tyres from my local tyre shop and book the MOT again with Kwikfit (which was local to me).
