Absolutely straight forward and simple to use !! 5+ star service On this occasion I had to have my car picked up by the dealership due to having a recent surgical eye procedure, the gentleman who picked up & dropped off my car was extremely polite , kind & professional & kept me informed by phone as to the progress of the servicing , outstanding services all round from the staff and dealership & indeed the call centre that booked my appointment, truly 5 star+ services for which I am very grateful!! Absolutely fabulous & faultless services!!

Everything was the same as always so no need to say more. You collected and returned my car with no fuss as usual. I bought the car at Lookers Colchester and it has always been serviced there. I have no intention of changing the current process.
