Excellent handover with James from Lookers, Colchester. The car was immaculate and better than when viewed and James was happy to help with the set up before leaving. It took a while to make payment for the car (waiting on insurnace etc) but lookers were happy to work to my schedule and waiting on collection date.

The health check reported that our car had a puncture that was not repairable. This was incorrect and the tyre has since been repaired.
