As usual brilliant service

I am in South Wales & the local Dealer was able to give me two test drives with an XC40. But then told me that I needed to order one with a 4 month wait. So I searched for new unregistered cars in stock or due in stock shortly. That led me to yourselves in Colchester. James Payne at your garage was excellent, very helpful indeed. He identified a car for me and I would have purchased from Lookers & got the car transported to me, but the local dealer came back to me to say that they had the car I wanted being delivered later in May. As it was far more convenient to stay local & as the sales person here was also excellent (matched best prices ect no issue) I ordered in South Wales. I really could not fault James Payne's help & was sorry that it did not result in a sale for him.

Our sales representative, Mike Needham, was most courteous, professional and understood exactly what our replacement car needs were. He very quickly found a perfect, alternative vehicle for us after a car in which we were initially interested, was sold to another customer. The ensuing purchase of the replacement car was very smooth and stress-free. We are delighted with our purchase of our new, high specification XC60. Thank you Mike and Lookers.

Absolutely first class service from Andy at Lookers Volvo Colchester, from the initial enquiry, to sourcing us a car, keeping us up to date on the progress of the car and up to collection. He really went above and beyond to suit our needs as we were very particular with what we were after and sourced us a fantastic V90 R-design Pro with all the extras we requested. The car has been an absolutely dream already and fits our needs perfectly for what we need. Amazing experience and amazing staff. All very friendly and helpful. Mike helped me with any and every questions I had and explained every option and payment plans very clearly.
