Mike Needham tried really hard to find a vehicle for me and emailed almost every day with an update and offered advice and options that he thought might be appropriate. Very professional and first class service, just a shame I found a car elsewhere.

I have lost count of how many vehicles I have purchased from various main dealers (BMW, Volvo, Land Rover, VW), and thanks to Mike and Ross, this has been by far my best experience.
