very disappointed that it took over a week to get anyone to return my initial call enquiring about exchanging my current Volvo for a newer model XC60. As a customer of Lookers I feel that since my husbands death nobody at Colchester branch wants to help me with any enquiry. This had it happened would have been 6th Volvo

Andy was absolutely amazing ! So hopeful took his time with us and communicated really well. Felt very well informed at all times !! My first Volvo and so far very impressed !!!!
