I asked for and was given a test drive of an XC40 and the sales person was able to answer all my questions. There was no pressure to buy which made it a pleasurable experience.

Everything was the same as always so no need to say more. You collected and returned my car with no fuss as usual. I bought the car at Lookers Colchester and it has always been serviced there. I have no intention of changing the current process.

Booked by phone which was useful. Filled in service request on line which Simon used snd saved him time talking to us first. Poor signage- for service desk, toilets and how to get cold milk for tea from the machine. ( Had reported in January visit but my request ignored. This time also told staff) Reception staff and Simon our engineering supervisor were excellent.
