Good polite interaction

Booked by phone which was useful. Filled in service request on line which Simon used snd saved him time talking to us first. Poor signage- for service desk, toilets and how to get cold milk for tea from the machine. ( Had reported in January visit but my request ignored. This time also told staff) Reception staff and Simon our engineering supervisor were excellent.

James was lovely

Handover was excellent. Carried out in a dry and heated garage, James allowed us plenty of time to inspect and get to know our new car. He was able to explain everything we needed to know and we left feeling very happy.

We dealt with Kelly who most helpful and kind and patient and took on board our requirements.

Customer service was outstanding

Simple and easy Courteous staff at service desk greeted by name with a smile, kept me updated regarding status of my vehicle throughout and was ready within the time stated. On collection they explained all the work that had been done, I asked regarding a service plan that was fully again explained. Excellent service

James is excellent and goes above and beyond with no hassle.

I was taken through all the main features and controls before driving away. The car looked great. Noted a small chip and Andy confirmed he would arrange to correct this at our convenience.
