See earlier comment regarding lack of option to refill adblue on check in, resulting in me having to refill separately, when had the option been given to combine with service I would have done this. The pre-service check in gave options for numerous extras (new key fob battery, extra oil) but nothing relating to adblue top up. Chelmsford dealership told me it would form part of service when purchasing in June 2023, though now I learn it is not. It came as a surprise to see the warning light come on same day as service so I checked level and saw it was low. I have no issues paying for it but would have liked the check in to clarify this and offer it as a paid extra like the key fobs etc. apparently you do it, but it wasn’t offered to me, and with a car that consumes it, this would make sense.

Very pleased with the overall service. Within about 2 hours of calling I was sent a personalised video of the car. Managed to get it serviced/MOT in quickly so it was all ready for when I wanted to pick it up. James was very knowledgeable about the car and the extra services you can provide. Quick replies on WhatsApp to any queries etc throughout the week. Thanks very much!
