It's helpful for the customer to book in early and it also helps the staff know that I WILL be turning up in order to prepare any paperwork etc.Very pleasant/ helpful ladies (booking-in) Rachel and Kirsten.Also very helpful and friendly mechanic.

Absolutely straight forward and simple to use !! 5+ star serviceOn this occasion I had to have my car picked up by the dealership due to having a recent surgical eye procedure, the gentleman who picked up & dropped off my car was extremely polite , kind & professional & kept me informed by phone as to the progress of the servicing , outstanding services all round from the staff and dealership & indeed the call centre that booked my appointment, truly 5 star+ services for which I am very grateful!! Absolutely fabulous & faultless services!!

Everything happened as it was planned too

I asked for and was given a test drive of an XC40 and the sales person was able to answer all my questions. There was no pressure to buy which made it a pleasurable experience.

Everything was the same as always so no need to say more.You collected and returned my car with no fuss as usual. I bought the car at Lookers Colchester and it has always been serviced there. I have no intention of changing the current process.
