Kelly Clancy was brilliant! An asset to your company for sure! She is incredibly knowledgeable and we never felt we were being sold too. We also had two small children with us and she looked after them so well with drinks and snacks so we could look at the car, and even gave them a little Easter bag! The whole process was extremely smooth from start to finish. We are very happy with our new Volvo xc40, thanks so much Kelly for the great experience!

Worked fine, but I probably wouldn’t use again as wouldn’t want to sign for something I didn’t understand and may need explaining in person. Very friendly and kind, explained what would happen, kept me updated online, and said I could stay and wait and offered a coffee! Made me feel very welcome.
