See original, comments - booking tool points you to the old premisesThe actual service was good - the booking process not so good. First, the online tyre booking tool told me to go to Cowdray Avenue - luckily I was there the day before and had seen that you have moved!Secondly, the tool made no reference to the fact that the tyres might not be in stock. It was only when I called to double check the address that I was told Tyres were not in stock!

James Payne the executive sales rep was outstanding in dealing with me from the initial enquiry, pre-collection on the day of collection and continues to do so with post-sale enquiries.

Lookers were helpful but Volvo didn't have a UK based store for parts and have to wait 10 weeks to be delivered locally, even though Volvo market is expanding rapidly in the UK

Everything was great but I thought that parking was limited and signage to the service department could be improved.Otherwise all good thanks.
