Team were proactive and helpful but not over bearing.

So lovely to have the car inside in a special section. Car features were explained to me and car handover didn’t feel rushed.

Everyone was very helpful and courteous but we were kept waiting a very long time, at least one and half hours longer than initially suggested.

James was very thorough explaining all aspects of the car and patiently answered all my questions.

New premises but staff as good as usual, comfortable waiting area with coffee and biscuits. Car finished on time and CLEANED in and out brilliant.

The sales rep, Mike, could not have been more helpful and patient. We liked the Volvo but did not complete the sale because the timing was not right for us. We tow a caravan a couple of times a year. The Volvo is a capable tow car but as we intend giving up caravanning at the end of this year it seemed better to wait and buy an electric Volvo in a years time.
