Excellent video presentation, communication, patience and assistance to buy new car, thanks to James Payne

Laura and Rachel in the service department very friendly and helpful as in my previous visit last October. Explained details on invoice and answered couple of questions, car also cleaned to a high standard thanks very much for a great service.Service department very polite and helpful and carried out all works to car as discussed. Kept me informed via text when car ready for collection later in the day.

ExcellentWe were given a time to arrive, James was ready to greet us and he had moved the car into a side room so we could take our time to check it over. He made us tea and gave us a full run down of the cars features. James was knowledgeable and courteous

The receptionists were efficient and very welcoming and helpful. The work took no longer than I was prepared for. The car looked like new, the cleaner did an excellent job and before I'd done a few miles, I really could feel that it was in fine shape.
