All our initial questions were answered and Kelly Clancy was very thorough.

We were made welcome on our first visit (by Kelly Clancy of Volvo Lookers Colchester). She was polite, respectful, professional, customer focused, and good at communication. Most importantly, she would explain, present the options and leave us to decide. Never did she make the slightestattempt to "hard-sell." We were so impressed by her that we feel she is the"model sales person."

I gave only 4 stars because although I had excellent experience / service I wasn’t sent all the information about the Service ie the video of the condition of my car and any further problems that may it may have etc etc.

All work done perfectly as usual.
