Vehicle was taken in for service as soon as it arrived (25 minutes before appoinment time) and worked on. Service Adviser was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Gavin assured me that I would get a diagnosis for £129. If not less would be charged. I paid that sum and afterwards the staff appeared to be saying that certain things needed doing but fell short of guaranteeing the vibrating noise would stop if I paid £2000. This is an assurance that I needed. Otherwise I could end up with the transmission (auto) still needing attention.

Super acommodating late on a Sunday and really listened to what I was looking for, plus good follow up.
