Brilliant service from the team

Easy to use.The car service and hospitality as we waited and the receptionists were excellent , the new venue is very comfy and the technical feedback on the car appreciated. A very efficient MOT visit.However the signage is appalling....in fact non existent for those coming for a service....needed on the carpark entrance, inside the door and near the service desks. We had no idea and it was trial and error and helpful cleaning folk and visitors!! Also the coffee machine has teabags but no information as to how to get hot water alone without scalding during trial and error and failure. The receptionist took pity and gave us a hot cup of tea out of the kettle. Much appreciated. Hopefully all this can be rectified for our next visit!
