So lovely to have the car inside in a special section. Car features were explained to me and car handover didn’t feel rushed.

Everyone was very helpful and courteous but we were kept waiting a very long time, at least one and half hours longer than initially suggested.

James was very thorough explaining all aspects of the car and patiently answered all my questions.

The sales rep, Mike, could not have been more helpful and patient. We liked the Volvo but did not complete the sale because the timing was not right for us. We tow a caravan a couple of times a year. The Volvo is a capable tow car but as we intend giving up caravanning at the end of this year it seemed better to wait and buy an electric Volvo in a years time.

Its a pleasure to come to Lookers Colchester-everyone is always helpful and happy- i even had a small issue after collecting the vehicle and returned with the car. The whole team(including the service manager) took the time out to look at the problems and resolve.We have purchased four Volvo's from this dealership and other makes via the lookers group via my company.Definitely back for a new one again soon.
