3 of your questions do not allow for a “not applicable” response even though it is necessary: a badly written durvey.Apart from the collection being late, given first as 8 to 10am and then 8 to noon, but actually I had to phone when collection had not been made by noon, and the garage did not know when collection would be made, everything else was fine.
