A waste of timeI had to drive all the way to Severalls lane to be told the mot was at cowdrey ave not at severals lane. And when I phoned the test centre I was told it was £20 less than Volvo charged. Plus I had to wait 3 hours.

Friendly staff and vehicle completed on time

It was easy to check-in online and it's good to see the price that I was quoted online before getting the work done.From our very first walk through the door to leaving, the customer service was excellent. The service and receptionist staff were very friendly, professional and informative. On arrival, we was greeted by the lady receptionist, and she showed us where the service/MOT department was. There is tea/coffee/water if you would like a while you wait serviced for your car. Toilets are clean and are disabled/easy access for all customers. I got regular updates on my phone by text and a phone call - the level of communication was by far superb. Overall, very happy with the service from this garage.
