The sales representative, Andy Forsdick was a credit to your LOOKERS Volvo Colchester and an easy person with whom to deal. Volvos pretty much sell themselves as a product, so the salesman's attitude becomes more noticeable maybe? Andy quickly appreciated the way I wanted to do business, which was in a straight forward manner without pressure or attempted sales of extra products or services. He took ownership of a couple of small problems which became apparent and which were rectified within a couple of days.

Your staff were lovely and really helpful.Unfortunately my Volvo needed new tyres and therefore could not be put through it's MOT which I also booked as you didn't have the tyres in stock to replace them. I felt this was particularly poor, given that you are a Volvo dealership and my tyres are a Volvo specification tyre.I needed to get tyres from my local tyre shop and book the MOT again with Kwikfit (which was local to me).
