Very pleased with how James Payne dealt with our initial enquiries through to handing the vehicle over to us. Did what he said he’d do and kept us fully informed throughout. He has been very informative and we did not at any point feel pressurised, which is something I do not like.

very disappointed that it took over a week to get anyone to return my initial call enquiring about exchanging my current Volvo for a newer model XC60. As a customer of Lookers I feel that since my husbands death nobody at Colchester branch wants to help me with any enquiry. This had it happened would have been 6th Volvo
