James at Colchester Volvo was very good to deal with.

It’s a lot about James Payne. From my first visit to the showroom through to the handover, he has been excellent and made the whole process of buying our new V90 a really good experience. He really focused on our needs and priorities and has answered all my questions clearly and with great expertise. That culminated with the handover ( incidentally done when he was meant to be on his day off) to me and my wife which was efficient and highly informative and also a real pleasure and reassuring. So good!

Andy was very helpful but unfortunately the car wasn't suitable for our requirements.

easy to useLookers have looked after all our Volvos since taking on the franchise from H R Owen Ipswich and do a pretty good job hence why after 1 XC60 and 4 XC90's they still look after our cars although we live at Felixstowe some 20 miles away.

All very good service and keep well upto date with the repairs that had to be done…Had a loan car for the time at the repairs , so all good.

Process was made very easy and quick. We were kept up to date at all times and the Lookers staff are very friendly and helpful. Ours wasn’t the most high value sale but not treated with any less enthusiasm. The showroom reveal was a lovely touch.

Fine, but missing, of course, the personal touch.Everyone was very helpful and the timescale was not too long - but the parking there was horrendous!
