Upon collection the finance finalisation was a bit tricky and resulted in an upset toddler with the waiting around and then a hire car. Sometimes technology isn't the way forward and in this case proved why as although approved for finance the system couldn't identify me from the questions it asked yet I was sat with a member of staff with photo ID.

Happy with the service, lovely clean car afterwards , although maybe put covers on the mats, as got back in my car and who ever parked it left muddy footprints, and I’d just cleaned the mats, so not happy
