We have been in the process of ordering a new Volvo for several months (given the lack of availability of new diesel cars) and throughout this time both James and Ross have been most helpful and I finally have the car I want and hope to collect it on March 1st.

Despite it being an obvious wrong fit, they installed an incorrect windscreen wiper replacement. Although I contacted them by phone and 2 emails, I still had to telephone the next day to fix the problem. That is why I have not given 5 stars all roubnd.

Great selection of cars. The men's loos are dated and would benefit from refurbishment. The coffe machine/waiting area is also cramped and would benefit from a space review.
