Honesty. It is a Volvo dealership and I was interested in a Mazda. Andrew was honest enough to admit that he wasn’t as informed on this model, but he had done his homework and answered all the questions I asked. He didn’t try to bluff me. Very pleased with his professionalism.

I am a little disappointed with post sales response and that it would appear the vehicle may have a potential faulty support battery, which leaves me wondering if the main battery is also close to its end of life? The car is coming back to have the support battery replaced, I hope the primary batteries health can be confirmed.
