Excellent service received in respect of my MOT.

Mike Needham tried really hard to find a vehicle for me and emailed almost every day with an update and offered advice and options that he thought might be appropriate. Very professional and first class service, just a shame I found a car elsewhere.

I have lost count of how many vehicles I have purchased from various main dealers (BMW, Volvo, Land Rover, VW), and thanks to Mike and Ross, this has been by far my best experience. It was a pleasure to deal with such pleasant, professional individuals. Special mention to Mike for his generally superb customer service and specifically for his first class video presentations, they were informative and very welcoming, and really helped us make a decision as a family given my wife could not join me for testing etc. Best wishes to you all. Honesty. It is a Volvo dealership and I was interested in a Mazda. Andrew was honest enough to admit that he wasn’t as informed on this model, but he had done his homework and answered all the questions I asked. He didn’t try to bluff me. Very pleased with his professionalism.
