There was some confusion about whether I had a service plan I thought my agreement was for the four years of the purchase plan.I am purchasing the vehicle and was told I would get a proposal fir an ongoing service package but this hasn’t arrived yet.

The service from start to finish was great. Mike kept us fully informed all the way through to delivery. Nothing was too much trouble.If there was one thing that let the team down it was the level of valeting. Whilst every effort was made to make sure that the outside of the vehicle was clean in very adverse weather conditions, it was small things like the sticky tape marks left on the inside of the doors and hairs in the car. Not a major issue but something that might be looked at improving on.Overall though a very good experience

The time taken and the number of visits I had to make to resolve the fault made me regret the purchase of the car.I have not put sufficient miles on the car since the repair to confirm its success.
