Kelly was great. As a new sales person (her words), nothing was to much trouble. She was bright, polite and understanding all the way through the process. I would have liked to have bought a car from her, but the product was not right for me. She is an asset to Lookers group (and very loyal too - not a quality you see very often currently).

I personally don’t like the video idea. I like a print out (a4) for a receipt. I’d also like an in-depth (itemised) description of what gets done on 1st/2nd/3rd services. Your Colchester Lookers are amazing staff, friendly and helpful all the time. This is why I go to them rather than Chelmsford (which is 30 miles nearer!). I have also recommended Colchester VOLVO to colleagues at work, resulting in sales of cars.

Andy was fantastic and did his utmost to make sure I could get the right car and was flexible in accommodating some delays on my side. Very pleased and would definitely recommend Lookers Colchester.

Pretty good all round but a bit of a lack of communication between service MOT and sales .from time to time. Could have been more generous with trade I.

Needs better signage to find the reception from the customer parking area otherwise really good and friendly
