Happy with the service, lovely clean car afterwards , although maybe put covers on the mats, as got back in my car and who ever parked it left muddy footprints, and I’d just cleaned the mats, so not happy

James' communication was pretty good but could have been even better by confirming immediately on Monday that the final payment had been received. Dealing with tens of thousands is routine for you but unusual and nerve-wracking for customers, so very prompt communication that all is proceeding well would be appreciated.The delivery company (FCP) did not turn up on time or communicate clearly when they would arrive at your site to pick up, which also adds stress, so you might want to avoid them in future.

Would be useful to ask if courtesy car is required / offered.
