Kelly was incredibly helpful, she made the process easy and enjoyable!

Although my Volvo XC40 has suffered a few problems (mainly with the Climate Control System), Lookers Volvo Colchester have been excellent throughout. In particular I would like to mention Rachel Clifton as always 'being there' in a very professional and caring way. She is a credit to your company and is always a pleasure to deal with!

Mike Needham was one of the best sales representatives I’ve ever dealt with. Circumstances have changed and I won’t be buying a car till the new year. Rest assured I will be contacting Mike when I looking for a car.

I was contacted around 5:30pm the evening before my car was scheduled for its service by a female member of staff, to ask if my car could be collected on her way in to work at 8am rather than the 9am scheduled time. She asked if she could leave her car on my drive way for the day. I thought this was a bit odd and to be honest it is a bit early as it is a mot ability car, I struggle with mornings, but I wanted to be helpful. No one arrived at 8am for the car and when I finally called the branch at 0930 to explain the above I was told they were on their way, there was no apology or explanation. In the afternoon I received an answerphone message informing me my car was ready and could I call to arrange it's delivery back to my home, I telephoned and was told that there was no answer at the branch. Then I received a notification on my phone that my doorbell had been pressed and there were people dropping my car off. Fortunately my daughters were home and they received the car. But I was really annoyed that no one had tried to call me again to make sure I was home and they just turned up!

Mike was very helpful with all aspects.

I found a Volvo elsewhere that you did not have in stock at the time. Kelly who looked after me for my test drive was lovely and went above and beyond to accommodate me despite it being past closing time once we had finished.

Great service as always .updated progress via app Tracking. They are very good at fixing minor problems FOC. Excellent servvice
