Overall I have to say Mike Needham was outstanding! I did have a cheaper XC60 and another V90CC both with more optional extras and lower mileage on my shortlist. But Mike's fantastic service meant I was prepared to pay the extra. That being said I was a little disappointed that the car had hole in the upholstery - but Mike is looking to sort this for me.

Kelly was especially proactive & professional, whilst friendly throughout & represented Lookers very well. I was very sorry we couldn't conclude a deal.

The price of the car being advertised has changed quite a lot, like with other dealers they try for every possible margin on price in profit they can. If the dealership or any Lookers dealership want to sell cars more quickly they need to be more competitive on price particularly for larger engine or diesel engine cars that are not selling in my own humble opinion. Recent experiences with Lookers Group generally has also left me very disappointed where I have lost money myself on so called exceptional cars that have not been!
